Tostan is committed to addressing the scandal of invisibility among poor and marginalized communities. We commit to develop a resource mobilization plan for the National Population Programme that will provide innovative strategies to mobilizing domestic resources, particularly national budget and strengthen the existing financing mechanism, including South-South & Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) support to ensure maximum implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action.

Okay Africa Foundation commits to reducing and ending gender based violence by empowering men (who are mostly the perpetrators of violence) on the disadvantages of gender based violence.
