Ensure the implementation and enforcement of regulations to prevent and respond to gender-based violence, ensuring that by 2022, 100 per cent of the country's states will provide, in all cases, integrated care for sexual violence, including prophylaxis, emergency contraception and, where appropriate, terminations of pregnancies resulting from rape, as a matter of medical urgency.
(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
Promote, through local bodies, actions for the construction or improvement of infrastructure, electricity and public lighting to allow safe transit, with safer conditions for women and girls in public spaces, with emphasis on the 100 municipalities with the highest rates of violence against women.
(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
Promote, in coordination with the competent bodies of the three branches and three levels of government, the creation and implementation of an integrated national care system with a gender perspective and a focus on human rights and intersectionality, that is culturally appropriate and anti-discriminatory, and which allows the joint responsibility and redistribution of care and domestic work within families, reducing the gap in time spent on unpaid domestic and care work.

Expand educational opportunities in Mexico for children and adolescents at all levels of public education with a focus on teaching life skills and social participation in an intercultural environment, contributing to greater accumulation of human capital.
(8) Investing in the education, employment opportunities, health, including family planning and sexual and reproductive health services, of adolescents and youth, especially girls, so as to fully harness the promises of the demographic dividend.
Provide comprehensive sexuality education that promotes the gradual acquisition, development, handling and use of information and knowledge required for the development of appropriate skills and attitudes for living a full and healthy life, as well as for reducing sexual and reproductive health risks, with a participatory and intercultural approach focused on gender and human rights, at all levels of public and private education.
(8) Investing in the education, employment opportunities, health, including family planning and sexual and reproductive health services, of adolescents and youth, especially girls, so as to fully harness the promises of the demographic dividend.
Identify social and economic demands arising from changes in the age and sex structure of the population in order to contribute to the creation of public policies that promote development, equality and social well-being for the entire population by 2024.

Implement constitutional reform that includes sexual and reproductive education in 100 per cent of study programmes and curricula, by following a plan of activities to educate and raise awareness about comprehensive sexuality education that is culturally appropriate and takes a gender and intersectionality perspective, with an emphasis on sexual and reproductive rights, in order to promote their inclusion in the systems for updating and developing teaching skills, in school programmes for... (8) Investing in the education, employment opportunities, health, including family planning and sexual and reproductive health services, of adolescents and youth, especially girls, so as to fully harness the promises of the demographic dividend.
Promote the participation of women and the creation of women's networks to ensure their inclusion in discussions on conflict prevention, peacebuilding and matters of security and justice, climate and environmental sustainability and integrated risk management, with proposals and exchanges of best practices, especially in the 100 municipalities with the highest rates of violence against women.
(9) Building peaceful, just and inclusive societies, where no one is left behind, where all, irrespective of race, colour, religion, sex, age, disability, language, ethnic origin, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression, feel valued and are able to shape their own destiny and contribute to the prosperity of their societies.
Ensure the implementation of the Protocol for Non-Discriminatory Access to Medical Care Services for LGBT+ people in 100 per cent of health care services by 2024.
