Ensure a disaggregated health record that enables differences to be identified by indicators for age, gender, ethnic groups and people of African descent, people with disabilities, etc. through the creation of the Centro de Inteligencia en Salud, which will allow a baseline to be developed by 2021.

Promote gender mainstreaming in at least 30 per cent of the "BIG DATA" systems within the framework of the Sistema Nacional de Información Estadística y Geográfica by 2030.
