We commit to standardise welfare through developing a core package of social welfare interventions including an essential minimum psychosocial support and norms and standards for substance abuse, violence against women and children; families and communities.

(10) Providing quality, timely and disaggregated data, that ensures privacy of citizens and is also inclusive of younger adolescents, investing in digital health innovations, including in big data systems, and improvement of data systems to inform policies aimed at achieving sustainable development.
The South Africa government will expedite the finalisation, promulgation and implementation of the National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill 2019 to provide access to good quality health services for all South Africans, based on their health needs, and not their ability to pay, as envisaged in the National Development Plan 2030.

Belgium commits to continue to actively promote the rights of women and girls. We will continue to advocate strongly for the right of women and girls to decide, freely and for themselves, whether, when and how many children they have.
