The National Youth Council of Moldova commits to mobilize resources in order to implement annual awareness-raising campaigns on prevention of gender-based violence and human rights to eliminate discrimination based on age, disability, HIV/AIDS, etc. and to promote their social inclusion of vulnerable young people.
(4) Access for all adolescents and youth, especially girls, to comprehensive and age-responsive information, education and adolescent-friendly comprehensive, quality and timely services to be able to make free and informed decisions and choices about their sexuality and reproductive lives, to adequately protect themselves from unintended pregnancies, all forms of sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, to facilitate a safe transition into adulthood.
Provide leadership to address persistent and rising levels of gender inequality, including unacceptably high levels of gender-based violence through intensified actions to address drivers, enforce protection measures and scale up multi-sectoral response systems.
(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
Y-PEER Moldova commits to reach annually 10 000 young people with peer-to-peer comprehensive and age-appropriate education on sexual and reproductive health and rights using alternative methods of education (such as theatre-based techniques, role games, simulations, etc.) with the purpose to increase their capacity in tacking informed decisions and having safe behaviors.
(4) Access for all adolescents and youth, especially girls, to comprehensive and age-responsive information, education and adolescent-friendly comprehensive, quality and timely services to be able to make free and informed decisions and choices about their sexuality and reproductive lives, to adequately protect themselves from unintended pregnancies, all forms of sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, to facilitate a safe transition into adulthood.
The National Youth Council of Moldova commits to convene partnerships with Youth Centers and Youth Friendly Health Centers to promote adolescent reproductive health and rights in order to include the comprehensive sexuality education in mandatory school curricula by 2025.

We will realise the advocacy about the exoneration in product of family planning. We work with the WISH2ACTION -program, Increasing access to family planning services for the most vulnerable. We know that people with disabilities are twotimes more likely to find health care providers's skills and facilities inadequate. Three times more likely to be denied health care. (1) Intensify our efforts for the full, effective and accelerated implementation and funding of the ICPD Programme of Action, Key Actions for the Further Implementation of the Programme of Action of the ICPD, the outcomes of its reviews, and Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
The National Youth Council of Moldova commits to strengthen monitoring of youth development at local and national levels through Score Card and Youth Gap Index.
(10) Providing quality, timely and disaggregated data, that ensures privacy of citizens and is also inclusive of younger adolescents, investing in digital health innovations, including in big data systems, and improvement of data systems to inform policies aimed at achieving sustainable development.
The National Youth Council of Moldova commits to build capacity of 80% of targeted local public authorities in developing and implementing evidence-based youth action plans and youth budgeting.
(8) Investing in the education, employment opportunities, health, including family planning and sexual and reproductive health services, of adolescents and youth, especially girls, so as to fully harness the promises of the demographic dividend.
The National Youth Council of Moldova commits to mobilize the resources in order to develop and implement advocacy campaign for youth rights in Moldova.
(11) Committing to the notion that nothing about young people’s health and well-being can be discussed and decided upon without their meaningful involvement and participation (“nothing about us, without us”).
