Peter Eriksson is the Swedish Minister for International Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the previous Swedish government Peter Eriksson had the position of Minister of Housing and Digitization. Peter Eriksson has also been a member of the European Parliament and a member of the Swedish Parliament. During his time as a member of the Swedish parliament he served as a President for the committee of the Constitution. Additionally Peter Eriksson has also been one of two spokespersons for the Swedish Green Party 2002-2011.
