RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs

Ms Batoyan has a master degree in Journalism. As of January 18, 2019,Ms Batoyan is the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs in Armenia.In 2016, she was awarded the Universal Rights Award for promotion of inclusion as nominated by the OSCE, the U.S. Embassy, the EU Delegation, the British Embassy, the Council of Europe, and the UN Office.

As an expert on the rights of persons with disabilities, she worked with several organizations advocating for the inclusion of people with disability.
