Ms. Senikula currently is employed at the Pacific Disability Forum in her capacity as the Program Officer. Her thematics include youth with disabilities in the Pacific region, inclusive budgeting and indigenous persons with disabilities.
Previously, she was employed with the Secretariat of the Pacific Community SPC as the Gender Consultant for underrepresented groups through an EU funded climate change project.
Ms Senikula is passionate with her work as she is also a woman with a disability with visual impairment to both eyes. She sees every opportunity as a stepping stone and grabs it with both hands. She is a change maker and uses every opportunity to advance forward in her career.
