Kiguatha's Website Purity Kiguatha is the Operations Executive at the Africa Alliance of YMCAs (AAYMCA) and is based in Nairobi. Purity has over 15 years working and volunteer experience in the youth development sector. She has been involved in leading programme design, implementation, research and advocacy for youth issues in Sub-Saharan Africa. These youth programmes have addressed a variety of issues including health (SRHR and drug and substance abuse risk reduction), economic empowerment, transformative masculinity and youth civic engagement. In her current role, Purity is responsible for the coordination within the AAYMCA secretariat ensuring effective and efficient delivery against the organisations strategic commitments to its members and partners.
