Hassan Zirakulabe was born in Uganda in1992 with Cerebral Palsy. Hassan is a disability advocate speaking for those that have no voice to speak for themselves. Hassan is passionate about issues that affect persons with disability especially those with intellectual disability that are abused every day. He addresses issues that are pertaining to health and wellness for persons with disability. With a Diploma from Kyambogo University in Community Based Rehabilitation, Hassan been involved in speaking to Families of persons with disabilities and the community at large about the rights of those with a disability. Both in Africa and internationally.
