HON MARIE-ROSE NGUINNI-EFFA is the President of the African Forum of Parliamentarians on Population and Development (FPA). She is Member of National Assembly of Cameroon and representative of the assembly to the Pan African Parliament. She is a member of the Cameroon-France Friendship Group, Chair the National Commission for the fight against HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis, and  Vice-Chair of the Social, Cultural and Familial Affairs Committee.
