As Head of Latin America and the Caribbean Engagement, Eugenia is responsible for developing Girls Not Brides engagement strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean. Eugenia has more than 25 years of experience of working in sexual and reproductive rights and health, gender, HIV, human rights and youth in Latin America with rural, indigenous and marginalized populations. Eugenia has extensive experience in advocacy and alliance building at the national and regional level. Eugenia has a Masters in Political and Social Studies and a Bachelor in Sociology. Eugenia is based in Mexico.
