International Development Officer with over 7 years experience with Canadian Government's Global Affairs Canada (former DFATD/former CIDA) in the areas of development and humanitarian work. Countries of experience in the East Africa region include Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Somalia. Key focus areas are the management and review of international development and humanitarian projects with the aim of sustainable social and economic development impacts. Experience in working multiple partners and stakeholders that include multinational organizations, INGOs, host governments and local organizations in implementing Government of Canada’s projects across different countries in the horn of Africa.
