Ms. Bulgantuya Khurelbaatar is the Vice Minister of Finance, Mongolia (2016-Present). She served as the Vice President of Mongolian Social Democracy-Youth Union, the youth organization of Mongolian People’s Party. After having completed her high school in Australia, she obtained B.A in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China and M.A in International and Development Economics from Yale University, USA.

Ms Bulgantuya worked as Director of Business Development Department of Petrovis LLC, Project Manager at Oyu Tolgoi Project and Commercial Principal Advisor of Oyu Tolgoi LLC, Consultant on World Bank projects in developing countries such as East Timor and Palestine.During her tenure, she has been leading the project with the UN on SDG Financing, which resulted in the increase of financing for contraceptives 12 times, reaching 730,000 USD, in 2019.
