Naisola is a feminist and international policy and development expert. She has worked in civil society, government and in diverse coalitions, strengthening social movements that promote equality, inclusion and accountability. Her background includes senior leadership and management of complex programmes at pan-African and international organisations including the African Women's Development and Communication Network (FEMNET) and the Ipas Africa Alliance for Women’s Reproductive Health and Rights. She currently leads the SheDecides Support Unit, supporting a global political movement of over 120,000 friends in over 180 countries, with a vision of a world where every girl and woman can decide what to do with her body, her life and with her future. Naisola holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and is an alumnus of the Programme for African Leadership at the London School of Economics. She also holds certificates in international human rights law, global health and sexuality.
