Patriciah is a Senior Technical Advisor at LVCT Health. She is passionate about policy driven change that is informed by evidence and strategic partnership to sustain the change. She believes that communities are at the very centre of change. In her day to day work, she involves communities in design, implementation and feedback mechanisms to improve quality of services provided to communities. Over the years, she has mentored members of key populations, LGBT, persons with disabilities, ALHIV, adolescents and young people to advocate for their sexual reproductive health rights. She has at the forefront championing the agenda of leaving no one behind in achieving UHC goals and has been negotiating for spaces for community voices to be heard in UHC decision making forums. Patriciah provides technical assistance to county governments to develop adolescent and young people strategies to address HIV and SRH, and to programme for key and vulnerable populations. She has also provided technical support to other African countries to scale up PrEP for HIV prevention.
