George Kipiani is a former Georgian footballer and the current Technical Director for FC Locomotive Tbilisi. George started his sport career at the Dinamo Tbilisi Football Academy and finished in 2008, as a FC Locomotive player. He graduated from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and Johan Cruyff Institute.

FC Lovomotive Tbilisi is one of the most popular Georgian football club, founded in 1936. The club has played significant role in the history of Georgian football. FC Locomotive is one of the regular members of Georgian National League and has won the Georgian Cup three times. FC Locomotive also includes Football Academy for children and teenagers, including girl's football.
