Dr. Patrick C. NDIMUBANZI is a Public Health specialist with experience in designing and implementing strategies to tackle HIV/AIDS pandemic and other infectious and non-infectious diseases. A medical doctor by profession, he holds a Master of Sciences degree - Major in Epidemiology from the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center. He is currently the Minister of State for Health in charge of Public Health and Primary Health Care.
