In Colombia, in the fight to ensure the sexual and reproductive rights of women in our country, we at La Mesa por la Vida y la Salud de las Mujeres and La Red Nacional de Mujeres commit to advocating for the full application of the right to abortion and to guaranteeing it as a health service, seeking to eliminate access barriers, as well as encouraging public debate and arguing for the need to remove the crime of abortion from the Penal Code, a process that we call JUST CAUSE.
