Commitment description:

3.1. Train 150 midwives, 20 doctors and 130 nurses in developing skills in various SRHR services, mainly Sexual Reproductive Health services for Adolescents and young people (ARHAY), by 2024; 3.2.Train 4 local young medical doctors in surgical techniques to increase routine obstetric fistula case management. 3.3. Rehabilitate 4 health infrastructures (maternities/surgery wards), by 2024. 3.4. Provide financial and technical support to AGUIPEO national midwives association and to the national midwifery school for teaching midwifery courses to increase the number of midwives in the country, including young people,by 2024. 3.5. The institutionalization of maternal deaths surveillance and response (MDSR) is effective in all 11 health regions with 80% of maternal deaths audited, especially those affecting adolescents and young mothers, with available reports, by 2024 and 2030 respectively. ==== 3.1. Formar 150 parteiras, 20 médicos e 130 enfermeiros para desenvolver as habilidades de 300 profissionais de saúde em vários serviços de saúde sexual e reprodutiva, especialmente os relativos a Jovens, até 2024; 3.2. Formar quatro médicos jovens locais em técnicas cirúrgicas para melhorar o tratamento sistemático dos casos de fístula obstétrica, até 2024. 3.3. Reabilitar quatro unidades de saúde (maternidade / sala de operações), até 2024. 3.4. Fornecer apoio financeiro e técnico à Associação Nacional de Parteiras AGUIPEO e à Escola Nacional de Parteiras para oferecer cursos sobre o aumento do número de parteiras no país, incluindo os jovens, até 2024. 3.5. A institucionalização da vigilância das mortes maternas e resposta (VMMR) é efectiva nas 11 regiões de saúde , com pelo menos 60% e 80% das mortes maternas auditadas, com relatórios disponíveis, especialmente as afectando as maes adolescentes e jovens, até 2024 e 2030, respectivamente.

(3) Zero preventable maternal deaths and maternal morbidities, such as obstetric fistulas, by, inter alia, integrating a comprehensive package of sexual and reproductive health interventions, including access to safe abortion to the full extent of the law, measures for preventing and avoiding unsafe abortions, and for the provision of post-abortion care, into national UHC strategies, policies and programmes, and to protect and ensure all individuals’ right to bodily integrity, autonomy and reproductive rights, and to provide access to essential services in support of these rights.
