Commitment description:To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve ambitious Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) by 2030, we commit to intensify our efforts for the effective implementation and sufficient funding for the ICPD PoA and SDGs to ensure zero sexual- and gender-based violence and harmful practices against women and girls by 2030 in order to realize all individuals’ potential as agents of change in their society – both socially and economically

Address gender-based violence and the harmful practices of child, early and forced marriages and female genital mutilation(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
