ZERO GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE IN GUINEA-BISSAU
Commitment description:5.1. Strengthen national capacity to deliver high quality and appropriate multisectoral (health, psychological, socioeconomic and legal) prevention and response interventions for at least 5,000 survivors of GBV and harmful practices (FGM, child marriage etc.), through men’s clubs, civil society, and various networks (former practitioners of female genital mutilation, former women parliamentarians, youth, journalists, religious and traditional leaders) 5.2. Scale up the implementation of the national gender equality policy, including the preparation of its plan of action, with a special focus on young people, by 2024. 5.3. Support collection, analysis and dissemination of GBV/FGM data, including research studies, especially those related to young people, by 2024.
