Investment in quality, relevant and disaggregated data
Commitment description:The State is committed to investing in digital health innovations and improving data-collection systems. In this regard: 1.Within the framework of the monitoring and evaluation of the maternal and newborn health strategy and the national multisectoral strategy for the promotion of adolescent and youth health, the Ministry of Health will ensure that: - The project aimed at modernizing hospital "e-health" information systems will be implemented from 2021; - The capacities of 500 regional managers will be built on the monitoring and evaluation information system by 2022; 2.The strategy for collecting gender-based violence indicators is implemented from 2020 by reviewing administrative records from the health, justice, interior, social affairs and women's sectors, and training trainers from the various sectors to collect these indicators. 3.A national portal will be set up to monitor the implementation of efforts to achieve the SDGs; 4.Comprehensive specific surveys will be carried out periodically with older persons, people with disabilities and young people and on migration; 5.The 2024 general population and housing census will be carried out in accordance with the 2009 United Nations principles and recommendations for the population and housing census.

(10) Providing quality, timely and disaggregated data, that ensures privacy of citizens and is also inclusive of younger adolescents, investing in digital health innovations, including in big data systems, and improvement of data systems to inform policies aimed at achieving sustainable development.
