Inclusive, flexible, relevant and responsive education system
Commitment description:Progressively transform the current national education system – characterized by its standardization, centralization, lack of flexibility, inequality and fragmentation – into an inclusive, flexible, relevant and responsive system that identifies, addresses and eliminates barriers to learning and participation within the education system and the environment, in order to promote access, progress, presence, learning, participation and completion for children, adolescents and young people in the country, in its great diversity, with equal conditions and opportunities by 2024.
(9) Building peaceful, just and inclusive societies, where no one is left behind, where all, irrespective of race, colour, religion, sex, age, disability, language, ethnic origin, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression, feel valued and are able to shape their own destiny and contribute to the prosperity of their societies.
