Creating financing momentum for the full implementation of ICPD Programme of Action
Commitment description:Nepal commits to putting in place financing policies, instruments and structures to ensure full implementation of ICPD Programme of Action and SDGs including provision of essential health services of good quality to all, especially marginalized and vulnerable groups, to move closer to universal health coverage.

- Policy and guidanceDevelop a national health financing strategy that explores new and innovative financing instruments and structures to ensure full implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action and SDGs.
