Commitment title:

Youth-Powered Health Care—For and By Youth

Commitment description:

By 2030, Population Services International will identify, train and deploy a corps of 500 young people from across the globe who will co-design adolescent health programs side-by-side with technical experts. These Youth Fellows will be embedded in Adolescent Youth Sexual Reproductive Health program teams as researchers, analysts, advocates and community-level champions, and supported to develop the confidence and skills needed to successfully influence and deliver public health programming.

While this would be initiated by PSI, the curriculum, opportunities and anticipated donor funding would be widely shared to benefit local, regional and international organizations throughout the globe.
