Effectively advocate and address SRHR needs of adolescents and women in humanitarian setting through MISP
Commitment description:We will continue to invest in training, advocate, raise awareness and build capacity of first responders, service providers, program managers and policy makers on the Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) to effectively address the SRHR needs of adolescents and women in humanitarian settings. We are committed to ensure that first responders and service providers in Male and all Atolls in the Maldives are reached, trained and effectively monitored in the delivery of MISP and SRHR in humanitarian settings by 2030.

- Programmatic actionConduct training and awareness programs for first responders and service providers
(12) Ensuring that the basic humanitarian needs and rights of affected populations, especially that of girls and women, are addressed as critical components of responses to humanitarian and environmental crises, as well as fragile and post-crisis reconstruction contexts, through the provision of access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information, education and services, including access to safe abortion services to the full extent of the law, and post-abortion care, to significantly reduce maternal mortality and morbidity, sexual and gender-based violence and unplanned pregnancies under these conditions.
