3. Improve investments in young people to capitalize on the demographic dividend by; increasing budgetary allocation towards programmes for young people, establishing a national internship programme within government the private sector and among development partners, full roll out of the vocational & life skills training, promoting youth participation across all levels and extending the free education initiative with a particular focus on the groups that are left behind such as young people with disabilities, strengthening leadership of young people in decision making positions across all levels and operationalizing the National Education Sector Policy to ensure that teenage mothers are able to complete their education by 2030.
