Malawi commits to increase the health budget to 15% of the national budget by 2030.
Commitment description:The Government of Malawi commits to increase spending on health by raising the percentage of the national budget allocated for the health sector from 10% in 2019 to 15% by 2030 that will strengthen programme implementation and provide adequate funding to meet key policy indicator targets for scaling up services including sexual and reproductive health and rights services.
