(1) Intensify our efforts for the full, effective and accelerated implementation and funding of the ICPD Programme of Action, Key Actions for the Further Implementation of the Programme of Action of the ICPD, the outcomes of its reviews, and Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
By 2030, ensure people with all types of diversity (people with disability, LGBTI, older people, orphans, refugees, marginalized, etc.) access and receive Sexual and Reproductive Health services and information in a safe and ethical environment
(2) Zero unmet need for family planning information and services, and universal availability of quality, affordable and safe modern contraceptives.
By 2030, reduce the incidence of cervical cancer to at least 4;100,000 through a population based approach including an integrated and intensive vaccination, screening, treatment and outreach package in close collaboration between the private and public sectors
(3) Zero preventable maternal deaths and maternal morbidities, such as obstetric fistulas, by, inter alia, integrating a comprehensive package of sexual and reproductive health interventions, including access to safe abortion to the full extent of the law, measures for preventing and avoiding unsafe abortions, and for the provision of post-abortion care, into national UHC strategies, policies and programmes, and to protect and ensure all individuals’ right to bodily integrity, autonomy and reproductive rights, and to provide access to essential services in support of these rights.
By 2030, ensure that at least 95% of all community, social and public health outlets offer a Primary Health Care package inclusive of Sexual and Reproductive Health services

By 2030, a participatory approach will be adopted to develop and ensure a legislative infrastructure for protecting and empowering women, through adopting at least 2 laws and amending decrees (i.e. amending several clauses in the labor law to ensure equal par for women and men; amending clauses in the social security law; and amending the nationality law to provide women the right in passing her nationality to her children)
(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
By 2030, data systems and institutional capacities are strengthened to produce and analyze national and administrative data (i.e. Prevalence survey on violence against women, etc.) for informing policies, tailoring programmes and monitoring progress.
(5) (a) Zero sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, including zero child, early and forced marriage, as well as zero female genital mutilation; and (b) Elimination of all forms of discrimination against all women and girls, in order to realize all individuals’ full socio-economic potential.
By 2030, a national multi-sectoral participatory coordination, monitoring and reporting mechanism on gender-based violence/violence against women and girls is established and fully operationalized
