Commitment description:• We commit to increasing investment in quality and inclusive education, skills development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship to match the demands of the labour market. This will be achieved by strengthening the industrial hubs to be responsive to the need of young people.
• We commit to promoting meaningful participation of adolescents and young people in national development by including them in development planning and implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• We commit to investing and empowering families and communities to help adolescents and young people to have a positive mind-set on national development issues. this will be achieved through the promotion of national values and principles as enshrined in the national constitution.

(4) Access for all adolescents and youth, especially girls, to comprehensive and age-responsive information, education and adolescent-friendly comprehensive, quality and timely services to be able to make free and informed decisions and choices about their sexuality and reproductive lives, to adequately protect themselves from unintended pregnancies, all forms of sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices, sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, to facilitate a safe transition into adulthood.
