Commitment description:To complete the unfinished business of the ICPD agenda and achieve ambitious Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) by 2030, Vietnam commit to increase the percentage of official development aid (ODA) specifically earmarked to ensure universal access to SRHR to complement domestic financing of sexual and reproductive health programs.
