1. In order to intensify efforts for the full, effective and accelerated implementation and funding of the ICPD Programme of Action as an integral part of the Sustainable Development agenda, the Government of the Republic of South Sudan commits to fully implement the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan, silence guns and bring sustainable peace as a foundation of any meaningful development.
