working in non-profit organizations that provide help and support for Youth and my community to supporting the economy through the work of agricultural projects, and series of related projects
In my region youth has lack of experience in life and lack of knowledge about what they should do? where they should start their own business? How they can make serious steps to work? For all l these questions we believe we are responsible towards young people and how we can help them to achieve their dreams, have the opportunity to exploring their motivation to lead, testing the level of self-confidence, help them in the process of finding a better solution for their lifestyle.

We start a training program that gives them the opportunity to do a lot of activities and also support them to develop their own personality through entrepreneurship programs and supporting a large number of young people to foundress their own business and inspire them in initiatives and ideas. Let them know that they are not able to manage their essential needs and make sure that they are fit for their Professional Development Experience in work, looking at challenges from a different perspective and add clarity to a difficult situation, also promotes wisdom and facilitates self-confidence, have the opportunity to know themselves way better by exploring their motivation to lead, test the level of self-confidence they have, increasing financial awareness and the importance of cooperation between two individuals and the importance of techniques and technology that should be used and considered as a main goal of their business and other qualities that they needed to allow them study how practical work is different from just ideas and how business can be emerged and changed over time, make sense of the often conflicting ideas about the world trade can cause a lot confusion.
