Promote and support the meaningful participation and contribution of young people to Peace, Sécurity and Development in CAR

Young people under 35 represent over 70% of the Central African population.
Although extremely involved at the community level, social burdens and the years of conflict have had a negative impact on the consideration of the real needs and aspirations of youth as well as the value of its contributions as an actor full-fledged in the construction of peace, recovery and development of the Central African Republic.

To effectively engage them in the construction of peace and the recovery of the Central African Republic, URU commits itself to : Pursue the development and implementation of programs and projects focused on the needs and aspirations of young people and to collaborate in close cooperation with the Government and technical and financial partners at the national, regional and international levels.

To Expand its programs and projects to reach more young people living in the provinces of the Central African Republic and give them access to information on their sexual and reproductive health, as well as to help them pursue their own initiatives peace and recovery.

To provide small grants to support youth initiatives on Youth, Peace and Security as well as Sexual and reproductive health projects.
