Overcome the statistical invisibility of population groups that suffer discrimination, such as women, people with disabilities, migrants, the LGBTI population and other groups that suffer discrimination.

By 2022, the aim is to identify and implement strategies for the development of tools, and to include issues relating to sexual orientation, gender identity, characteristics of origin, disability and religion in the statistical exercises and information systems of the various branches of the national government.
