Commitment description:1. Strengthening mobilisation and allocation of domestic resources for the procument of reproductive health commodities to sustain the implementation of reproductive health programmes in the country in line with the Ghana Beyond Aid Agenda.
2. Increasing domestic financing through innovative financing instruments and sources including the decentralized system for family planning programme.
3. Ensuring that funding requirements for sexual and reproductive health and population programmes at the sub-national levels of the country are met.

Mobilize the required financing to finish the ICPD Programme of Action and sustain the gains already made(6) Using national budget processes, including gender budgeting and auditing, increasing domestic financing and exploring new, participatory and innovative financing instruments and structures to ensure full, effective and accelerated implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action.
