INCLUSION AND RECOGNITION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE LGBTQI+ POPULATION
Commitment description:Tackle discrimination and inequality by 2025, together with the executive, legislative, judicial and electoral branches of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, for the inclusion and recognition of the human rights of the LGBTQI+ population, which are violated and/or not considered by the national legislation in force, consolidating the total fulfilment of the agenda contained in the Cairo Programme of Action and its regional expression, the Montevideo Consensus, and in close connection with the 2030 Agenda through spaces for citizen participation, transparency and accountability.
