Fulfilment of regional and global commitments adopted with regard to sexual and reproductive rights
Commitment description:Respect, protect and ensure the human rights of all people, without discrimination based on their sexual orientation, gender identity or sexual characteristics, to fulfil the various commitments made by the Plurinational State of Bolivia, through the Ministry of Justice and the Attorney General’s Office, as well as the monitoring bodies and mechanisms, responding to the periodic recommendations of international organizations and the mandates of international instruments relating to the human rights of the LGBTQI+ population, by 2025.
