Equitable access to integrated and quality sexual and reproductive health information and services for women, men, young people and vulnerable populations without discrimination
Commitment description:By 2022, ABUBEF commit to provide quality sexual and reproductive health information and services through
- Demand creation activities for reproductive health services at the community level (social mobilization campaign and Social and Behavior Change communication actions,)
- Community-based service provision (community-based distribution and community outreach) and enhanced health clusters.
- Advocacy for an enabling environment for family planning
By 2022, ABUBEF aims to
- Empower at least 1,421,029 men, young women and teenagers to act freely and fulfill their sexual and reproductive health and rights .
- Provide integrated sexual and reproductive health services through 72 public and private facilities part of enhanced health clusters, supported by anetwork of community health workers
- Initiate / update / monitor development processes of policies and guidelines for the delivery of reproductive health services (review, translation of existing guidelines into national language)
- Initiate a platform of at least 15 civil society organizations involved in reproductive health to follow up on the commitments made by the government after Nairobi Summit
