The Central African Republic is a peaceful country geared towards ensuring sustainable development, guaranteeing universal health coverage and respecting the values of equality, equity, national solidarity and social justice

1. Accelerate the implementation of previous commitments set out in Cairo in 1994 and at other summits
2. ncrease investment in health by developing a health sector investment plan focused on reducing the maternal and child mortality rates, reduce the number of unintended pregnancies and their complications, prevent and adequately address gender-based violence, guarantee universal access to modern family planning methods, and facilitate access to reproductive health services for all adolescents and young people ;
3. Accelerate access to education for 80 per cent of young girls in order to promote women's empowerment ;
4. Make the universal health coverage strategy focusing on primary health care effective, with the full commitment and empowerment of communities in accordance with the President’s ten focus areas
5. Integrate citizenship education for young people and comprehensive sexuality education into the curriculum at basic levels 1 and 2 ;
6. Provide at least 500 young people each year with professional training in the areas of entrepreneurship and leadership by facilitating their access to microcredit and new information and communication technologies.
7. Transform the national statistical system into a modern framework for the regular and timely production of comprehensive, reliable and coherent statistics in a context of emerging from the deep political crisis so as to facilitate good decision-making
