Asia-Pacific youth commit to advocating for increasing financing in the implementation of the ICPD PoA
Commitment description:By 2030, we, young people of Asia and the Pacific, commit to advocating our governments to allocate adequate financing to ensure full and effective implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action by mobilizing national budgets, increasing domestic financing and exploring new and innovative financing mechanisms.
By 2030, we commit to advocating to our Ministries of Education to allocate adequate budgets in national education plans for Comprehensive Sexuality Education.

- Policy and guidanceReaffirmation of the Youth Call-to-Action prepared at the 2018 Mid-term Review of the Asia Pacific Ministerial Declaration on Population and Development, at the ICPD25 Regional Consultation held in Bangkok.
Mobilize the required financing to finish the ICPD Programme of Action and sustain the gains already made(6) Using national budget processes, including gender budgeting and auditing, increasing domestic financing and exploring new, participatory and innovative financing instruments and structures to ensure full, effective and accelerated implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action.
