Ageing with Dignity
Commitment description:We commit to improving shelter standards of over 2000 homes for the old through intergration of young, local authorities and old community members to take responsibility and help mobilize resources by the year 2022.
This is being solidified by marking international elderly days where we invite all community members and ensure they gift and voice for the rights of the elderly. This has made it easier getting support from the very community in improving standards of living for their own vulnerable ageing adults while instilling a sense of hope to the community members who are yet to join the old age bracket.
This commitment will ensure that the old members of the Society feel valued but even have a more sense of inclusion and the feeling of being wanted by their own people. Besides this, the young generation gets natured to a society that is prepared for old age and that remains committed to mobilizing resources with end resut of ensuring the older parents live a dignified life that has access to basic needs as Shelter.
