Commitment description:We can never Universal Health Coverage with poor staffing, inadequate equipment and insufficient drugs.
This MUST be worked on. A health centre cannot be run by one nurse working day and night without any leave or off days.
To provide quality care staffing issue must be sorted and health Human Resources to be taken back to National Government
