3. The government of the Republic of South Sudan commits to the overall goal of zero unmet need for family planning information, education and services and the availability of modern contraceptives. To achieve this, the government will ensure:
a) Achievement of 10% Contraceptive Prevalence Rate for modern methods (mCPR) by 2020; and 30-40% by 2030
b) By 2021, all the Health Facilities including Hospitals (County, State. and National), PHCCs, PHCUs provide Family Planning Services and Adolescent/Youth Friendly Sexual Reproductive Health information and services
c) Provision of age-appropriate life skills and sexuality education in all primary and secondary schools, as part of the curriculum, by 2025
